Yas Island is a man-made island in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The island’s development project was initiated in 2006 by Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties (master developer), with the aim of turning the island into a multi-purpose leisure, shopping, and entertainment center at an estimated total cost of over $40 billion. This investment was planned as a multi-staged project to unfold in phases until 2018, with project stakeholders foreseeing the possibility of extending development by adding new venues and upgrading existing facilities.
West Yas Land is the most beautiful and distinctive site on Yas Island. The West Yas project overlooks the picturesque waterfront of Mangrove National Park and embraces charming landscapes.
West Yas is divided into four distinct residential areas. Each area boasts lavish villas that come in contrasting sizes and different floorplans. West Yas is a 20 minutes drive away from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Both the cities can be accessed through the Yas Island tunnel which is connected to the E10 exit on Abu Dhabi-Dubai Highway.
